Who We Are

EARN is an independent 501(c)(3) grassroots, social impact, community-based organization providing opportunities for vulnerable and chronically marginalized individuals to improve their lives and economic well-being. EARN delivers a wide range of services through our network of partner organizations, making it possible to meet the unique needs of individual clients.

MISSION

To empower vulnerable communities to OVERCOME FINANCIAL INSECURITY and poverty through education and economic development.

CORE BELIEF

We have one core belief, and that is, to ALWAYS prioritize HUMANITY ABOVE ALL ELSE. We are committed to supporting our team in placing the equity, well-being, and dignity of every individual as the topmost priority in every action taken, even if it requires us to deviate from our mission at times.

VISION

To create communities where EVERY INDIVIDUAL HAS ACCESS to the resources and opportunities needed to thrive, and poverty, financial insecurity or other characteristics are no longer a barrier to fulfilling one's potential.
